Welcome Aboard
  • Raby Bay is an idyllic canal estate community located on the southern shores of Moreton Bay, on the eastern side of Brisbane. The estate is part of the broader community of Cleveland, one of the earliest established suburbs of Brisbane. Cleveland serves as the “hub” for the greater Redland Region of South East Queensland and is locally governed by the Redland City Council (RCC).

  • The Raby Bay Canal Estate is home to over 900 water fronting residences, townhouse villas and apartments. Estate facilities include bayside beaches, parks, shops, cafes, restaurants and local businesses. Within Raby Bay Harbour is a modern boutique marina, with 75 floating berths nestled in protected waters surrounded by the harbour side boardwalk. The waterways of Raby Bay provide easy and direct access to the wonderful marine environment of Morton Bay and beyond.

  • The lifestyle enjoyed by Raby Bay residents can only be described as something “very special”. It is enjoyed by people of all ages and background.

  • The Raby Bay Residents Association (RBRA) is a volunteer non-profit organisation that was incorporated in 1995. RBRA provides a forum for the Raby Bay residents to connect as a community, welcome newcomers to the estate, discuss matters of importance and engage with local government and other groups on all matters relating to the Raby Bay Community.

  • This website provides a “platform” for all Raby Bay residents and those interested in the estate, to understand more about the Raby Bay community, its local news, events and on-going activities that may be of interest.
